High school and middle school students who plan on participating in athletics offered throughout the school year, need to be registered in the online Activity Registration Portal.

Physical Examinations - Physical exams taken before April 1 are valid for the remainder of that school year and the following school year; physical exams taken April 1 and thereafter are valid for the following two school years. Student-athletes must have a current physical exam form uploaded to the activity portal before the student is authorized to participate in practice or competition. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded to this account at least 3 school days prior to the first day of practice.

Without registration, your child will not be able to participate.
